A, Adopt the RO water treatment plant technique, making the water conductivity meet the international standard GB17323-1998, No impurity material and bacteria with good tastes

B, The ESPA-4040 membrane, can make the recovery to be 50~75%, desalinization ratio to be 98%. Can get rid off 99.99% of bug,95% of toxic metal, 99% of the radionuclide, and 95% of the organic material.

1. Auto RO membrane flushing and back flushing.

2. Auto stop when poor water pressure or over pressure

3. Auto stop when low level of the source water and high pure water level to protect the machine

4. Protected when no power, poor power, large electrical current, short circuit, creepage of the electricity.

These two tanks are the quartz sand filter and active carbon filter behind them is PP sediment filters, we called these are pre-filter of the RO(reverse osmosis) system. The main function is pre-purifying the water, and get rid of the big substance in the water, and reduce the Clo₂ of the water and remove some bad smell of the water.

There are 8pcs RO(reverse osmosis) membranes installed inside, the membrane housing is stainless steel 304,and can endure high pressure, this membranes are the main functional of the machine, and most expensive parts, this membranes can purifying the water at a ratio of 99.9% that is to say after this the water is pure and for drinking.

This pump we called it high pressure pump, this pump is to increasing the water (from the pre-filters) pressure, as the RO membrane need high pressure then the water can be purified by it, as the membrane inside net diameter is about 0.0001 micron. And normally working pressure is about 1.2Mpa so it will need this pump to increase the pressure.

And behind the two tanks(sand and carbon) there is another small pump we called it as source water pump. It is connected with your source  water tank, and pump the water into the machine, firstly is from the quartz sand filter, then to carbon filter then to pp filter and then pass through the high pressure pump and them be purified by the RO membranes.

At last outputting the pure drinking water.

The water treatment plant recovery is about 65%, in this area it is a very high recovery, that is to say if the source water is 2000L it can make 1300L pure water, so for this machine every hour it need about 3500L source water to produce 2000 liter pure water.
