How To Operate The Semi Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine
How to operate the semi automatic bottle blowing machine
1.Preparation before operation
Equipment debugging and inspection
A. Confirm that the power grounding is normal, open the air pressure main valve and check if the air source pressure (high and low pressure air circuit) is stable;
B. Check mechanical components: lubricate moving parts such as guide rails and locking devices to ensure that the stretching cylinder and clamping mechanism are not stuck;
C. Verify the accuracy of mold positioning to avoid collisions during mold locking.
Raw materials and parameter settings
A. Clean the preform container to ensure that the preforms are free of contamination and arranged with their mouths facing upwards;
B. Set the temperature of the heating machine to around 110 ℃ (softening degree can be tested by pinching the preform by hand).
2.Operation process
Heating bottle embryo
A. Place the preform in the heating oven and evenly heat it with an infrared lamp until the bottle body softens (preheating time needs to be extended in winter);
B. Observe the condition of the preform to ensure that the bottle mouth is not excessively heated and the bottle body has a uniform hardness of.
Embryo loading and start-up
A, Manually place the heated preforms into the mold, with 2 placed at a time (operated by both hands) for 24 hours;
B. Press the start button with both hands simultaneously to trigger the locking cylinder to close the mold (single-sided operation will trigger safety protection).
Blow molding
A. Low pressure pre blowing: The stretching cylinder is combined with low-pressure gas (about 5-10Bar) to preliminarily stretch the preform;
B. High pressure shaping: Switch to a high-pressure gas source (20-40Bar) to allow the preform to adhere to the mold, and hold the pressure for 3-5 seconds to shape for 48 seconds;
C. Exhaust demolding: After releasing high-pressure gas, manually open the mold and remove the finished bottle.
Quality inspection
A. Visually inspect the molding of the bottle (such as deformation of the bottle mouth and uneven wall thickness), and promptly pick out defective products;
B. Adjust parameters such as stretching time and blowing pressure to optimize the quality of the finished product.
3.Safety and Maintenance Standards
Safe operation
A. It is strictly prohibited to operate the start button with one hand, and personnel are prohibited from approaching the mold locking area;
B. In case of emergency, immediately press the emergency stop button and cut off the power supply of the equipment.
Equipment maintenance
A. Check the solenoid valve and cylinder for air leakage daily, and clean the dust on the surface of the heating lamp tube;
B. Add lubricating oil to the mechanical arm guide rail and mold opening and closing device every week.
Supplementary explanation
A. Manual mode is used during the debugging phase (such as testing mold closing and stretching actions separately), and it needs to be switched to automatic mode 2 during production;
B. If the preform is not inserted properly, the position can be corrected by adjusting the nut of the preform pressing device
